Small and medium landlords play a critical role in providing housing across Philadelphia. However, inconsistent policies and regulatory challenges often make it difficult to operate effectively.
We exist to ensure these landlords have a voice—one that is heard by policymakers, respected by communities, and supported through meaningful resources and advocacy.
